This robot Mop vacuum combo isn’t as feature-rich as some of the more expensive models we evaluated, but it has all the basics. It has a big dust bin that can hold a large amount of dirt before it needs to be cleaned. The vacuum and mop system is great for both carpets with hard floors as well as carpets with low pile. It’s also extremely quiet. We were able watch television while it was cleaning without feeling as though we were being bombarded with noise.

Our test subjects were impressed with how easy it was to set up and use, and they were impressed with its ability to take all the mess out of their floors. It was successful in picking up pet hair, messes and carpeting however it was a bit more difficult at getting rid of stains that were stubborn. The users found the app to be user-friendly and intuitive, and they were able to schedule the vacuum to be cleaned on a regular basis to help reduce how much they needed to do manually. The only drawback is that it does not have any mapping technology or object avoidance, which means you can’t direct it to specific rooms or follow virtual boundaries (though magnetic boundary strips work).

It’s also a great budget choice for those seeking a more intelligent, self-emptying robot vacuum that can take care of hair and pet messes on floors made of hardwood or carpets with a low pile. It’s also extremely quiet and comes with a massive dust bin that can hold plenty of debris prior to when it has to empty, so you don’t have to be concerned about having to empty it every time you use it.

The V3S Pro did not make it into our top choices lists from trusted sources who test hands-on, but it was praised by Modern Castle, Smart Robot Reviews and The Ambient. The V3S Pro was easy to use and set up, however the battery life was short.
